English Test for International Communication (ETIC) is successfully held by our university on May 15th. More than 200 candidates from the universities in Qingdao took part in the test.

To prepare well for the ETIC, the practical teaching service center and the informatization office work together to abide by the regulations of the online test for making every part of the examination be in good order. Before the test, they carefully checked the devices, mocked the exam and blocked the exam room. During the test, they strictly check on the certification, monitoring, and uploading and exporting of the data.

Moreover, leaders of our school attach great importance to this exam. In view of the large number of off-campus candidates, a special group of the epidemic prevention and control was established, who have formulated the response plan and handling procedures of unexpected situations. When the off-campus candidates step into the school, the staff take their temperature, and guide them to get in and out of the exam room in a fixed route. The exam rooms are highly disciplined by responsible invigilators and the examinees strictly abide by the regulations. Therefore, all examinations are taken in good order.

English Test for International Communication (ETIC) is a certification system for English communication ability, which is sponsored by China Language Assessment of Beijing Foreign Studies University. It aims to train and select talents with international vision, proficiency in foreign languages, familiarity with international rules and international negotiations.
