School of Foreign Studies held the Second Dean’s Reception Day

On April 7, 2021, the second Dean's Reception Day was held in School of Foreign Studies. The dean, Prof. Mao Haoran, as well as several leaders and teachers of SFS attend the reception. They exchanged views with one teacher and eleven students, and answered questions concerned by teachers and students.

When responding to the concerns of teachers and students, the leaders of the college implemented on-site work and deployed the implementation of relevant work. Furthermore, the leaders effectively solved the problems faced by teachers and students, they also improved management and the quality of talent training.


Finally, Dean Mao and Secretary Zhang asked the students who participated in the reception activities to convey the teachers' answers to all students, so that all students can share the results of the activities, which can also promote the Dean's Reception Day to students and give full play to the activity, so as to build School of Foreign Studies into a united, harmonious and dynamic one by closely linking the College leadership with the staff and students.



Introduction to the Dean’s Reception Day


In order to improve the efficiency of the College's teaching, research and administrative management, the School of Foreign Studies has started to hold the Dean’s Reception Day from this semester to communicate with teachers and students face to face. The purpose of this activity is to know the demands, listen to opinions and answer questions, so as to continuously improve the quality of the College's management and services. The College will continue to improve the quality of its management and services. The Dean’s Reception Day will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 4pm in the Academic Lecture Theatre. The appointment system will be used to collect questions and requests from teachers and students in advance, and the College leaders will be fully prepared for each question to improve the efficiency of the event.
