Starting from details requires us to pay attention to ordinary teachers, who are also essential parts of the whole team, and every teacher who has contributed to the school should be treated with tenderness and respect. Clearness refers to openness and transparency. We should adhere to regulations stipulated, follow scientific procedures and stay away from academic politicization. Newness is about new thinking, knowing what thing we should do and what not, what can be delayed and what is a must. Finally, Dean Mao pointed out the importance of height, strength, speed and even warmth, with which to build a respectable university of respectable staffs and students.
