Zhang Nan, the tutor from Music Department, was elected the first Secretary General of Vocal Music Specialized Committee of Qingdao. This meeting was held in Laoshan district and hosted by Xia Wentao, vice chairman of Shandong Musicians Association, on the afternoon on July 6, 2018.
After theinaugural meeting of the committee, Zhang Nan presided over the first council meeting of the Committee, which is an academic organization specializing in vocal music teaching and singing under the leadership of Qingdao Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Qingdao Musicians Association. He mentioned that he would be committed to the integration of the high-quality resources of teachers and students in colleges and universities in Qingdao,in order to serve the cultural construction of the city better through high-level brand competitions, large-scale forums, lectures by famous tutors and various performances provided by the Committee, and meanwhile promote the vocal music teaching and the campus culture development.
Besides,the relevant principals oforganizations participated in this meeting, including Qingdao Musicians Association, the colleges and universities in Qingdao, the municipal professional groups, the municipal culture and education department, the regional musicians associations and the social educational institutions.
