On May 4th, Luan Shaohu, the partner & chairmanof Deheng Law Firm, visited College of Arts in UPC. Dean Wang Xuedong, Secretary Zhang Yongning, Deputy Dean Sun Daman and relevant professional principals attended this meeting.
At the meeting, Chairman Luan Shaohu introduced the development and recent strategic goals of the Deheng Firm. He hoped to seek cooperation with Law major and Russian major, etc., as well as expressing the willingness to help cultivate talents in the College of Arts. A series of cooperation consensus has been reached in terms of the professional construction of Law and Russian, the cultivation of students studying abroad in Russia, and so on.
Our college was invited to repay a visit to Deheng Law Firm of Shandong province on May 7th. Luan Shaohu, the chairman of Deheng Law Firm, gave a warm reception and two parties have conducted exchanges profoundly on the specific implementation of relevant cooperation projects.
Wang Xuedong, the Dean of College of Arts, presented that under the background of “double first-class” construction, our college has been committed to pursuing new models and ideas for student cultivation. The sincere meeting and communication with Deheng Law Firm has brought new ideas and new breakthroughs to the training and employment of students majoring in Law and Russian. It is believed that the cooperation between the College of Arts and Deheng will be on the threshold of a new level for both parties. Zhang Yongning, the secretary of College of Arts, pointed that as a top-ranking law firm in China, the forward-looking of development strategy and the efficient work style of Dengheng are extraordinarily impressive.
Through the cooperation, College of Arts of China University of Petroleum (East China) and De Heng Law Group will realize the resource sharing between university and enterprise and the complementary advantages, so as to achieve the win-win development.
