To further broaden the channels for the introduction of high-level talents, College of Arts has set up new high-level talent recruitment incentives to award outstanding individuals who function actively in the recommendation and the introduction of full-time talents. According to the incentives, the recommender will be given corresponding rewards once the recommended high-level talents are formally recruited.This incentive mechanism aims at fully motivating all forces to search and recommend talents and plays an essential role in the College’s development as well as promoting talent resources in an all-round way.
