This achievement relieson an article called Theory of the Public Order Law under the Perspective of International Private Law in France, which was published by law school teacher Dong Jinxin on Universal Law Review in May of 2015 hosted by Chinese academy of social sciences. TheChinese law innovation network selected 15 kinds of the most influential law academic publications in China to constitute China Legal Science Citation Index(CLSCI), which has become one of the most important indicators for appraisal of law departments in our country. The total number of papers refers to the number of the published papers of the unit, and the number of papers published on other journals refers to the number of papers published on academic publications that hosted by other scientific research units. It is reported that theChinese law innovation network is hosted by Chinese law society and jointly hosted by law school of Tsinghua university. TheChinese law innovation network makes statistics for papers’ number of each scientific research unit of law subjects every year. And this statistics has authority, veracity and a lot of influence around the world, which comprehensively introduce the research ability and level of the main law schools in our country.
